Want to know a little more about me...

Hi, I'm Sophie! The creator of this checklist and the person behind the blog Well and Wealthy.

I suffered from severe depression for over five years, including having a complete breakdown and nearly losing my life to this illness.

While for most of it I had high-functioning depression, so everything looked okay from the outside (I graduated, held down a job, renovated a house) things inside my head were terrible and I felt like such a failure.

I ended up taking time out from my life *just* to focus on my mental health and I finally learned about the things that I had to do for myself as well as following medical professional's advice.

And this knowledge ultimately led me to recover fully from depression.

Life became easy to live again, that numb feeling went away and I no longer felt like I was in a black pit with no way out.

But I also discovered that the actions that made the biggest difference were the smaller actions.

It meant the things that worked for me might just work for other people AND they were doable to implement during day to day life with poor mental health.

It might have taken me a year off of life to figure it out, but now I had spent that time learning what really helped, other people might be able to just use my knowledge and not have to take that year off...

They could use my knowledge, and in a fraction of the time, they might be able to recover fully from depression too...

And that is why I blog at Well and Wealthy, so I can share that knowledge with you.

So if you’re ready to learn about the daily self-care routine that was a vital part of my recovery then click the button below to get your copy.

It might just be the thing that helps you too. <3

Disclaimer: The things I suggest have worked amazingly for me and many of my customers, but it's super important that these things are done in conjunction with working with medical professionals if you suspect any mental health issues. There are things we have to do to help our mental health, but there are also things we need medical professionals to help with.
